Take the Muse Pill
There's this very very old idea that creativity has supernatural origins. The word inspiration literally means to be touched by a divine spirit. Greek poets traced their stories back to nymph-like muses. Ramanujan said a Goddess dictated equations, he merely transcribed them.
Perhaps a creative act is when a God acts on our plane via a human agent. Or a demon? Orwell said writing a novel was akin to being pushed around by a demon he could neither understand nor resist. But modern psychology is too scared to explore the Supernatural Origin of Creativity.
If history's best scientists and artists were finding their ideas on forest walks (Nietzsche) and dreams (Kekulé), then perhaps the future masterpieces won't be unlocked by apps, spreadsheets, trackers or A.I...but by a sincere invitation to the Muses.
MEMES are the killer app of evolution. A meme - an idea that can spread from one mind to a million - is stronger than panther claws, chimp grip strength, and shark bites. Memes reshape ecologies. With memes we exited the game of Natural Selection and became Nature Selectors.
But where are the best memes? That's the game of creativity.
Good news: They are already inside your brain.
Bad news: Between you and the right meme stands a trillion neuronal wrong turns.
Perhaps a nudge in the right direction, from a God or a Demon or a Muse, won't be so bad...

Yes, in earlier days when all there was dogma of religion, Gregorian chants, to approved music, to Vivaldi 4 seasons. Seems a lost art of communication without any senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, feel. If in lower frequency doesn't produce much seek the higher frequencies via your desires, essential oils smell or application for healing. This could be a starting point clean environment inside and out via body, spirit, soul. Most answers are within one innate ability to heal and many other wonderous things. Creativity may be inspired by warmth or cold depending on the region of the world. Though as a smaller child listening to music that must be soprano and sought out baroque and symphony orchestral music, it later inspired to learn the violin.
