7. People don't want capital T Truth but small f facts that justify their pre-existing worldview.
8. People who agree with you because you're right are your friends; people who agree with you because you're in power are future backstabbers.
9. Free will, just like intelligence, has a bell-curve distribution: some have none, some have a lot, most have middling amounts. Act accordingly.
10. The shape and texture of tribes will change but tribal warfare will remain.
